    Harshitha Raju founded nRoot after facing a Vitamin B12 deficiency during her college years, which led her to explore how natural nutrition could be preserved and made more accessible. Her discovery of solar dehydration inspired her to create clean, fruit-based nutrition without additives or artificial ingredients. Today, nRoot reflects her mission to make real, functional nutrition simple, convenient, and accessible.
